security of those items brought to my assigned space is entirely my
responsibility. I
know the role of the Village of South Elgin is simply to supply me with a
selling space. I
will not hold the Village of South Elgin, the Special Events Committee, the
South Elgin Police Department or anyone connected with the festival responsible
for loss or damage to my property or injury to myself or anyone helping me at
my space. This
includes set up times and dismantling of space.

In the event 2 or more
applications are received for the same business (such as Tupperware dealers),
the one with the earliest postmark will be awarded the space, if your business
dictates that only one vendor be at any event, you are responsible to call or
e-mail to inquire whether or not another vendor has reserved a space.
