| South Elgin Riverfest Express Craft Show and Small Business Expo
Rules and Regulations
The annual South Elgin Riverfest Express is a four-day
outdoor event. Activities include carnival rides, stage entertainment,
food booths, car show and much more. The craft show/flea market is held
on Saturday and Sunday during the event. The festival activities will
be held in several parks along the Fox River all within easy walking distance
of each other. In an effort to encourage participation we are including
an area for small businesses and vendors wishing to sell antiques and collectibles as well
as craft items. We offer exhibitors the option of participating
on one or both days.
Please read the attached application carefully and return it along with
the appropriate application fee as soon as possible.
Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
NO ONE EXHIBITOR WILL BE GRANTED THE EXCLUSIVE
RIGHT TO SELL A SPECIFIC ITEM OR ITEMS
- Exhibitors must supply own table, tents, chairs, etc.
- Exhibitors are responsible for transporting items to their space,
providing own materials, arranging displays and staffing their area.
- Exhibitors are required to arrive during set up time and have their
displays set-up, attended and open to the public during all hours of
the show. No exhibitor shall remove their display prior to closing
time without exclusive permission of the committee.
- Security will be provided overnight, but we are not responsible for
any merchandise, tables, tents or for any items
belonging to exhibitors. Leave items at your own risk and liability.
- Exhibitors are expected to keep their area neat and orderly and to
conduct themselves in a proper and dignified manner throughout the
show.
- Failure to comply with exhibitors rules will result in removal from
show.
- Once a space is assigned. No changes may occur without approval of
the committee.
